• What kind of chemicals and equipment do you use?

    We only use top of the line professional carpet cleaning products made by Soultions Cornwall Ltd. , that are eco-friendly, detergent free and non-toxic to humans, pets and plants. We are equipped with the most poweful Jaguar range portable professional carpet cleaning machines produced by Cross American Corporation.
  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully insured professional carpet cleaners.
  • How long will my carpets and upholstery take to dry?

    Drying time depends on several factors such as the type of fibre, indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity and air circulation. Under proper conditions it normally takes between 2-5 hours for most materials (carpets & upholstery) to dry.
  • How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

    It is recommended to have your carpets cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner every 6 to 12 months.
  • Is there anything I need to prepare before you arrive?

    Please clear away small items such as chairs, plants, book stands, standing lamps etc.  as an uncluttered area allows us to the job more efficiently and complete the whole carpet cleaning process in good time. It would also be very helpful to remove or secure any delicate, fragile, valuable items.  For health and safety reasons we may choose not to move heavy furniture such as dressers, cabinets, heavy beds etc. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any carpet cleaning job if the circumstances are hazardous to the health and well being of our staff.
  • Do you have a minimum charge?

    Yes, our minimum charge is £110. Please note parking fees and congestion charge may apply. We also charge a fee of £20 for picking up/dropping off keys if it takes place within our local carpet cleaning area.
  • When I have my upholstery cleaned how long do I have to have my cushions propped up?

    As professional upholstery cleaners we recommend that you should leave them in place (propped up) and rotate them from time to time until they are completely dry.
  • Do all stains come out of the carpets?

    Every stain or spot is individually treated so most marks will come out during the carpet cleaning process, however some stains/marks can become permanent with time so we cannot guarantee their complete removal but will surely do our utmost to achieve the best result. No professional carpet cleaner should promise or guarantee the complete removal of all stains present.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, checks, immediate bank transfers and Paypal. Please note we require an immediate payment upon completion of job and by hiring us you will agree to this condition. If customer is not present at the time of cleaning we'll require payment in advance. All payments made by Paypal are subject to a transaction fee of 2.75%.
  • Are you trained? Yes, we are fully trained professional carpet cleaners.
